Underleverantör meddelar att det är ett vägräcke som har fallit ner och skadat tre fiberslangar som går i sidan av vägen i höjd med Hemmanet, Kvissleby.
De behöver sätta dit en ny brunn och skarva till den, vilket tekniker har påbörjat.
De har just nu ingen beräknad åtgärdstid men räknar på att bli klara mot kvällen.
